My firsthand experience with injuries gave me insight I couldn't learn in a PT course. It forced me to innovate and come up with specific strategies and techniques that worked quickly to get myself back out enjoying my active life as well as continue to help people heal in the clinic. I am here to share them with you to reignite the muscles deep in your body to help get you out of pain fast.

Professional Bio
Christine Lynders, PT, OCS, CAFS, PCES, is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, movement expert, author, and founder of Total Body Tune-Up—a comprehensive biomechanical assessment system designed to identify and correct faulty movement patterns, address root causes of dysfunction, and prevent future pain or injury.
With over 27 years of clinical experience, Christine specializes in total body biomechanical analysis, injury prevention, and movement re-education. She helps clients of all ages—from youth athletes to active adults—recover from pain, restore proper mechanics, and return to the activities they love stronger and pain-free.
She is the author of Suck It In: The Proven Solution to Eliminate Low Back Pain Forever and Get a Flatter Stomach, a science-backed guide that teaches reconnection with deep core muscles to resolve chronic low back pain effectively.
Christine offers in-person and virtual physical therapy services, including individualized treatment plans, treadmill gait analysis, and targeted injury prevention strategies. She is based in Kailua, Hawaii, at Hana Pono Wellness.
