The key to conquering your back pain once and for all is in this comprehensive session.
After just one episode of low back pain, the function of two of your deep core muscles, the transversus abdominus and multifidus, become delayed in function. This is precisely why we get recurring episodes of low back pain. The pain goes away, only to return some years down the road because our deep core muscles are not firing properly to stabilize the spine while we move through our day.
In this Deep Core Reset Back Pain Solution Session, I will take you through my proprietary Total Body Movement Assessment to analyze how your body moves, assess your range of motion and assess your spinal posture to determine asymmetries and altered ways you are moving throughout your day that are contributing to your back pain. I will then teach you/help you learn how to correct your alignment and posture, how to find your neutral spine position and most importantly, learn how to activate and reignite your transversus abdominus and multifidus to stabilize your low back from the inside out as you move throughout your day.
