Through my own personal journey with low back pain, my extensive knowledge of biomechanics  and my expertise as a physical therapist and movement analysis expert, I have designed this game-changing instructional series to get you over your back pain fast and back to living pain free! In these 5 lessons, you’ll learn the key strategies that will reignite your deep core to stabilize your low back from the inside out so you can eliminate your back pain once and for all! It’s the equivalent of 4-5 1:1 sessions with me so, buckle up and enjoy!

Day 1: Learn why we have persistent chronic nagging back pain: the delayed function of 2 critical deep core muscles. In this session, you will learn how to properly activate your deepest core muscles in the standing position and by the end of this session you will be able to quickly integrate this strategy into your daily function. Suck It in 101- get your anatomical girdle fired up to support your low back throughout all of your daily activities: getting up from bed, getting out of the car, bending to pick something up or reach into a cabinet. This is the simplest, fastest and most effective way to get your anatomical girdle functioning again to eliminate back pain in its tracks.

Day 2: Join me in the clinic today to learn how to activate your deepest abdominal muscle, the transversus abdominus (TA) in neutral spine, to get rid of your back pain fast. I’ll teach you how this ignites your multifidus muscles to give your low back the stability it needs to be painfree. Learn how to activate your pelvic floor muscles with the rest of your deep core team to ignite your internal powerhouse to stabilize your spine from the inside out.

Day 3: Today, I’ll guide you through a mini deep core “work-in” vs a workout. Here we’ll challenge your deep core to hold your low back in a neutral spine position while you challenge it with the weight of your legs. Together, we perform crunches the correct way to keep your low back safe while you work on getting your flat tummy and increasing abdominal strength! You’ll need a small pillow and a light or moderate strength resistance band. 

Day 4: Let’s learn proper body mechanics, proper bending and how to activate and strengthen your multifidus muscles to not only assist you with a pain free back, but to attain a strong and healthy low back. This lesson is critical to being able to move throughout your day without low back pain.

Day 5: Now, we’ll put everything you learned all together so you can seamlessly integrate these strategies into your daily life to be sure you keep a healthy and pain free low back across your lifespan.
